SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
We strive to ship your items in a timely manner. Currently, we are working with a production team out of Phoenix, AZ and St. Petersburg, FL, as well as out of Waupaca, WI. While we cannot control the processing times at our collaboration facilities, with the exception of the Christmas holiday season, you can expect our processing times to be between 2-4 business days plus shipping. We cannot control shipping timelines, but make sure our customers have a priority shipping experience.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
At this time, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any print-on-demand items. Every item in our shop has their specific return policies listed. Please verify colors and sizes prior to ordering. Even exchanges will be considered if approved by the owners. Place a request for exchange by using our contact page.
